• Leslie H. Wexner - Chariman and Chief Executive Officer

  Leslie H. Wexner, Founder of Limited Brands, started the company in Columbus, Ohio in 1963 with one store and first year sales of $160,000.

   

  Mr. Wexner serves as Chairman, President and CEO of Limited Brands, the parent company of Victoria's Secret, Pink, Bath & Body Works, C.O. Bigelow, La Senza, White Barn Candle Co. and Henri Bendel. Limited Brands operates more than 2,600 specialty stores in the United States and its brands are sold in more than 700 company-operated  and franchised additional locations world-wide. The company’s products are also available online at www.VictoriasSecret.com, www.BathandBodyWorks.com, www.HenriBendel.com and www.LaSenza.com. Sales for Limited Brands in 2010 were $9.6 billion.

   

  His areas of community interest include the Wexner Center for the Arts at The Ohio State University; the Wexner Institute for Pediatric Research at Children’s Hospital, Columbus; the Martin Luther King Center for the Performing Arts, Columbus; and the Wexner Heritage Village.  Mr. Wexner was a recipient of The Alexis de Tocqueville Society Award of the United Way of America, Woodrow Wilson Award for Citizenship, Ordre des arts et des letters, Knight of the Italian Republic and The American Jewish Committee Herbert H. Lehman Centennial Leadership Award.  He was a founding member and the first chair of The Ohio State University Foundation.

   

  Mr. Wexner is Chairman, The Ohio State University Board of Trustees; Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences; Member of the Visiting Committee of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University; Trustee of the Columbus Jewish Federation and Foundation; Member of the Royal Shakespeare Company International Council; Member of the John Glenn School of Public Affairs; and Chairman of The Columbus Partnership.

   

  Mr. Wexner has a profound interest in the development of tomorrow’s leaders through the works of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University; Harvard University’s Center for Public Leadership; and The Wexner Foundation.

   

  Mr. Wexner holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and honorary degrees from The Ohio State University; The Hebrew University of Jerusalem; University of Tel Aviv; Hofstra University; Marietta College; Hebrew Union College; The Jewish Theological Seminary of America; Yeshiva University; and Brandeis University.  Mr. Wexner was inaugurated by Harvard University into the Society of John Harvard Fellows, and serves as a visiting lecturer at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

   

  Mr. Wexner and his wife, Abigail, are the parents of four children.

• Martyn R. Redgrave - Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

  Martyn R. Redgrave is executive vice president and chief administrative officer of Limited Brands and a member of the Limited Brands executive committee. He joined Limited Brands in March 2005 and is responsible for overseeing the enterprise’s governance, administrative and financial functions, including global procurement, logistics, and technology services. From February 2006 to April 2007, Mr. Redgrave also served as chief financial officer for the enterprise.

   

  Previously Mr. Redgrave served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Carlson Companies, Inc., the world’s largest privately-held hospitality, travel and marketing services company, with system-wide revenues of more than $20 billion. During his 11-year tenure with Carlson, Mr. Redgrave was responsible for worldwide strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, and strategic sourcing and procurement, as well as overseeing all finance and shared services operations. 

   

  Prior to joining Pepsico, Mr. Redgrave worked at Arthur Andersen in its consulting and audit practices, located in New York City.

   

  Mr. Redgrave received his undergraduate degree in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a certified public accountant.

   

  In addition to his duties at Limited Brands, he serves on the board of directors for the Deluxe Corporation and is the chairman of its audit committee.  He also serves on the board of the United Way of Central Ohio and is chairman of its audit committee.

• Stuart Burgdoerfer - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

  Stuart Burgdoerfer currently holds the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer for Limited Brands Inc.  He has responsibility for all brand and function finance activities, which includes financial planning and analysis, control, enterprise risk management and internal audit, tax and treasury.

   

  Prior to returning to Limited Brands, Stuart spent approximately two years as senior vice president of finance for The Home Depot where he provided finance leadership for the sourcing, logistics, merchandising, marketing and e-commerce activities for the company's $70 billion U.S. retail business.

   

  In his previous six-years of service with Limited Brands, Stuart served as senior vice president of finance, as well as corporate controller for Limited Brands.  Prior to that Stuart was the chief financial officer for White Barn Candle Company.  Stuart began his Limited Brands career as a vice president in financial planning.

   

  Stuart came to Limited Brands from PepsiCo subsidiary Pizza Hut, and was a management consultant with CSC Index, and practiced as an audit manager and CPA with Deloitte and Touche.

  Stuart holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

   

  Stuart previously served as a member of the board of directors for Galyan’s Trading Company.  He is currently a member of the board of trustees for Spelman College and serves as chair of its audit committee.  Stuart is also a member of the Board for KIPP Journey Academy in Columbus, Ohio. 

• Jane Ramsey - Executive Vice President, Human Resources

  Jane Ramsey is executive vice president, human resources for Limited Brands, where she oversees the human resources function across the company and serves on the Limited Brands executive committee.  Previously, Ms. Ramsey was senior vice president, enterprise integration responsible for providing support to the vice chairman and other enterprise leaders in managing enterprise-wide and cross-functional initiatives. Ms. Ramsey reports to Leslie Wexner, chairman and CEO.  

   

  Prior to her role in enterprise integration, Ms. Ramsey was senior vice president, human resources providing human resources support to all Limited Brands businesses and providing a framework for developing associate and executive talent across the enterprise. 

   

  Ms. Ramsey joined Limited Brands in 1994 as vice president of human resources for Abercrombie & Fitch. Three years later, she left the business to become senior vice president of human resources for Coach. Ms. Ramsey rejoined Limited Brands in 1999 as senior vice president, human resources for Intimate Beauty Corporation. Prior to Limited Brands, Ms. Ramsey held several HR positions of increasing responsibility with Inland Steel Company, Peabody Coal Company, The May Department Stores Company and Lord & Taylor. 

   

  In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Ramsey has been a past board member on the Community Shelter Board, and for the FIT Advisory Council. Currently, Ms. Ramsey is a board member for Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD) and the Thurber House. She also is a member of Institute for Managing Services at the Ohio State University.

   

  Ms. Ramsey received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. She and her husband, Rich, reside in Columbus, Ohio.

   

• Sharen Jester Turney - President and Chief Executive Officer, Victoria's Secret

  Sharen Jester Turney is president and CEO of Victoria’s Secret.  Ms. Turney previously held the position of president and chief executive officer of Victoria’s Secret Direct, the brand’s catalogue and e-commerce arm, since May 2000. Under Ms. Turney’s leadership, Victoria’s Secret Direct became one of the world’s largest direct marketers of Women’s Apparel and Lingerie in the country reaching over $1.2 billion in sales in 2005.

   

  Ms. Turney joined Victoria’s Secret Direct from Neiman Marcus where her roles included executive vice president for merchandising, creative production, advertising and public relations, and senior vice president and general merchandise manager for Neiman Marcus stores.  In 1999, Ms. Turney was named president and chief executive officer of NM Direct, the company’s $322 million direct marketing business.  NM Direct includes the catalogue and e-commerce businesses of Neiman Marcus, Horchow and Chef’s Catalog.

   

  Ms. Turney began her career in 1979 at Foley’s and went on to work with Byer California and Federated Department Stores.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business education from The University of Oklahoma.

   

  An active member in her community since she began her career, Ms. Turney held director seats on the Winston School, Addison Theater Boards and has also served as the campaign chairman of the United Way in Dallas. Ms. Turney is the 2006 honorary co-chair for Children’s Hunger Alliance whose mission is to eliminate childhood hunger in Ohio.  She currently is a board member for Columbus Coalition Against Family Violence, Jay H. Baker Retailing Initiative Advisory Board at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and the Columbus Academy Board of Trustees.

   

  In 1997, Ms. Turney received the Fashion Medal of Honor for Fashion Retailing and in 2005 she received the Dr. Catherine White Achievement Award from HeartShare Human Services which promotes self-sufficiency for more than 16,000 children, adults and families throughout New York.  Ms. Turney was inducted into the Hall of Fame Business of Education at The University of Oklahoma in 2005, and was honored as the recipient of the 2009 Hug Award.

   

  Victoria’s Secret consists of Victoria’s Secret Stores, Victoria’s Secret Direct and Victoria’s Secret Beauty.  Victoria’s Secret 2010 sales were $5.9 billion (which includes some LaSenza sales).
