• Where are the headquarters of Limited Brands?

  Our headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio. We also have offices in New York, New York, Kettering, Ohio and Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

• When was the Company founded?

  The Company's founder, chairman & CEO, Leslie H. Wexner opened the first store (The Limited) in 1963 at the Kingsdale Shopping Center in Columbus, Ohio. The Company began trading over-the-counter in 1969 and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1982. Today Limited Brands operates more than 2,900 specialty stores across the continental United States and 2009 annual sales of approximately $9 billion.

• How many associates does the Company employ?

  Limited Brands employs more than 90,000 associates.

• Where can I find one of your stores?

  Separate store locators for each brand are available on that brand's page in the Brands section of this site. Each locator will help you find all stores.

• How can I open a franchise or establish a business partnership with one of your brands?

  In the U.S. and Canada, all of our brands are owned and operated by Limited Brands and therefore are not franchise operations. The only franchise partner opportunities we are currently evaluating are for our La Senza brand, which has international franchise locations and stores operated by international licensees. For La Senza, please email your request directly to International@LaSenza.com.

• Does Limited Brands have a policy about relationships with suppliers and subcontractors?

  Yes. We require our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. Limited Brands maintains a policy called "What We Stand For", which is designed to ensure that our business partners operate ethically and that our merchandise is produced under appropriate conditions in the United States and around the world. We will not do business with individuals or suppliers that do not meet our standards. We expect our suppliers to promote an environment of dignity, respect and opportunity; provide safe and healthy working conditions; offer fair compensation through wages and other benefits; hire workers of legal age, who accept employment on a voluntary basis; and maintain reasonable working hours. Finally, we require that all suppliers be particularly vigilant about compliance with country of origin and other requirements of the United States Customs Service and related agencies, and with similar requirements of other applicable jurisdictions.
